About me- I’ve had awful days (despite having practically everything) where it looked like I was slipping further into a black hole where the world was just about panic attacks, anxiety, and health deteriorating, but I never quit; it took me two years to eventually discover how to balance and service my physical and mental health. The things that have helped me the most in my rehabilitation are yoga sessions, self-help literature, and a daily positive quote. Nobody can help you maintain your physical or mental health; you must do it for yourself.
It’s not tough to learn new stuff. Applying it, on the other hand, is far more difficult, especially considering how little time we have during our hectic days to pause, breathe, and simply be. This blog is dedicated to presenting my personal ideas that make sense and can make a significant difference when implemented. Begin slowly and observe the results.
