1) Do not forget to take your supplements- This is frequently missed, yet it can have a significant impact on how you feel over time. Vitamins can help you feel less tired and boost your immune system.
2) A glass of water should be consumed- Dehydration might manifest itself as weariness or worry. A glass of water may be all you need to re-energize yourself.
3) Breathe slowly and deliberately-Meditation does not have to be time-consuming. Try focusing on your breath for a minute (about seven deep breaths). Make a mental note of how you felt before and after.

13) Be self-centered- Do something today that makes you happy just because it makes you happy.
14) Filter your Feed- Remove any unpleasant persons from your social media accounts. You don’t have to delete them; you may simply “mute” them.
15) Give your body a treat- Pick something from your wardrobe that feels great next to your skin or get a good warm bath.
16) Enjoy your alone time-Spend an hour alone doing something that nourishes you (reading, a hobby, etc.)

20) Pamper your skin and hair- Pamper your hair and skin with masks, which are much better if made at home with natural ingredients or else go to salon and get a nice hair spa or face massage.
21) Dance or Sing- You don’t have to be a pro to dance or sing, and it can be a lot of fun. Simply put on the music and dance your heart out… a trip to the kitchen or a trip to the office.
22) Learn something new every day- Try something new to keep your mind sharp. And do it on a regular basis, for at least 21 days in a row, to ensure that it becomes a habit.
23) Keep an eye on your thoughts- When a negative thought arises, be aware of it and replace it with a good one.
24) Don’t judge people- Talk respectfully of them and don’t judge them since you never know the complete story. You are not here to pass judgement on anyone, just as you would not want to be judged.
